Stay Grounded in Routine

Keeping my feet on the ground. That seemed the main lesson from yesterday’s conversations. When I’m happy I get very excited. I act like a child. Grounding myself helps me to calm down and maintain a healthy equilibrium.

Keeping a routine helps me to stay grounded.

I’ve noticed that when things are going well and I feel good, I miss out on my exercises, which brings about a downturn in my fitness and general well-being, and my happiness starts to fade. I must try to ensure that my happiness stays for longer periods.

I can help this to happen by calming my excitement and maintaining the patterns and routines which help to bring about the happiness. Stable and long-term contentment is far better than the emotional fluctuations which my life seems to follow.
