Be With the Boredom

After all the talk yesterday about the nature of the mind, it seems that my mind is doing its best to convince me that my life is a mess. On top of everything else I’m bored and frustrated. This is what my mind does to me – aren’t I the lucky one?

20 minutes with Karaj and things don’t seem so bad. He told me that after all the hard work I’ve done and the progress I’ve made I am in the boredom phase. He talked about people getting bored on a 10-day meditation and the need to get through it – by not taking any action, but instead by being with the boredom.
