Always Remember People’s Script

I talked with Sunil today. He pointed out that my irritation with Kuldip this week had caused me to get angry with him and bash him up (verbally). Kuldip’s script had created that because that is what he does. He had sucked me in to fulfil his script that he is worthless. Be aware of this in future: that people’s behaviour is simply their script trying to entice me into perpetuating it.

Later, Karaj told me that when I’m with someone I should always have their script – their shadow – next to them. That way there is less likelihood that they will suck me in.
