Conditioning Controls the Mind

6am E&M. I stuttered when the alarm went, but to my own surprise and simultaneous satisfaction I got up and exercised. Later, after a chat with Karaj I made the following notes:

  • Conditioning controls the mind
  • The mind controls the body
  • Conditioning is the consequence of our ignorance.

The whole of the day has been taken up with getting the material ready for the fourth newsletter. It has been a very productive day for me and now, as I prepare to go home, I feel balanced and content with who I am, where I am and what I am doing. Maybe another reason why I am feeling good today is that it is St. Valentine’s day and I have no valentine.
