Don’t Get Down, Get Busy

Today was a lonely day. I would have liked some (female) company. Just for somebody to hold. This would seem the sort of day which characterises my need to be looked after and mothered.

At one part in the afternoon I was tearful, but I remembered the rules for avoiding feeling low. I decided to move some furniture and do a little tidying. It was only a small effort but it made a big difference.
