Food for Thought

Exercise and meditation went well. The relaxation and the letting go of the breathing are going very well. They seem to extend my sitting time effortlessly which is a great thing.

Yesterday was a good day. I went with mum, my brother and his girlfriend to see a close friend of mine, Alex. We had a good afternoon, a good laugh and a curry. Mum then dropped us off in town and the three of us went for a few beers. We left town early because we were so full of food we couldn’t drink.

Mum bought us lunch and dinner yesterday and arranged for us to go to Gran’s for lunch today. She enjoys the time we spend together and is more aware of what she needs to do for herself.

I have a pain around my lower back; a stiffness that runs right around my body. My recent intake of food has not helped, but Jonny, it’s the end of July – for God’s sake, BE CAREFUL.
